Star Wars Vintage Figure Display Project | Holochronicles #showmeyourcollection
I've been wanting to centralize my vintage Star Wars figures in my man-cave for awhile now. Over a recent 4-day weekend, I had the time and opportunity to get crafty!
Let me start by saying that I'm not an overly crafty person, and while I kind of knew what I wanted to do, I didn't follow any sort of template. All I knew (really) was that I wanted a display that looked like a Return of the Jedi cardback. I had space in a display cabinet that also houses my GI Joe figures and thought this would be a great, centrally-located place for them.
A board, some quarter-inch pegs, some acrylic strips and a small jar of paint later.....turned out pretty good! Room enough for all 96 figures, plus the Jabba and Max Rebo band sets, plus a number of variants, plus a couple more! The best part is that they can all be easily seen, and are protected in the China hutch, All in all, a fun little project that didn't take a ton of time or cost much money.
