Resistance Broadcast's #MakeSolo2Happen showcases creativity and passion in the Star Wars community

Fans across the galaxy on May 23rd will respond to a rally cry launched by the crew of The Resistance Broadcast on StarWarsNewsNet.com to let Disney, Lucasfilm, Linkedin contacts, friends, former lovers, and more that Solo: A Star Wars Story deserves a sequel.

Anyone sifting on social media will come across more than a small band of rebels with the hashtag, #MakeSolo2Happen - there are already dozens of fans representing this celebration of a movie with t-shirts, stickers, and pins. Fans might have cut outs of Han Solo in the background while others may live tweet a viewing of the 2017 film. The moment John, James, and Lacey announced this day, it felt the Star Wars community was standing up like the Ewok's reveal to the Imperial troops on Endor in Return of the Jedi - FREAKING EPIC!

The Star Wars community did just that demonstrated by posts already making rounds on social media Thursday. Joy is the tone of all of these tweets. These are passionate Star Wars lovers who want the world to know two facts.

  1. Solo: A Star Wars Story is a fun Star Wars story

  2. There are several aspects of that story that could lead to a very intriguing, fun, emotional sequel.

To further validate this movement, we are putting prime examples of this extraordinary fandom front and center in this article. Below we have grabbed just a handful of some impressive messages fans are sharing, again utilizing #MakeSolo2Happen.
